Fight Parkinson’s is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing, campaigns, and communications efforts. This role will be instrumental in enhancing Fight Parkinson’s brand recognition and community engagement through both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
As Marketing Manager, you will create multi-channel campaigns, including the use of marketing automation tools, to deepen connections with their community and increase awareness of Parkinson’s in the broader public.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase understanding of Parkinson’s, their brand and promote Fight Parkinson’s services, including education, support, and peer networks.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing channels to ensure cohesive and effective communication across platforms.
- Leverage their CRM (Dynamics 365) and their new website to deliver personalised marketing initiatives, steward new contacts, enhancing stakeholder engagement and fostering long-term relationships.
- Lead the production of key corporate publications and oversee the marketing of major events, community outreach, and fundraising initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-functional projects and ensure marketing efforts align with organisational objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals and driving continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets, including resource allocation, forecasting, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organisational policies, particularly in relation to data privacy and marketing ethics.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, achieving measurable results.
- Demonstrated expertise in using CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and marketing automation tools to create personalised campaigns.
- Skilled in managing brand consistency and positioning across multiple platforms.
- Experience leading and developing a marketing team, with a focus on achieving targets and fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, including data privacy and ethical communication standards.
- Experience working with diverse communities, particularly within healthcare or non profit sectors, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and understanding.
